Open Floor – Conscious Dance and active meditations. Build muscular and emotional intelligence. Free dance to inspiring music and guided movement explorations on core movement resources. Fridays – 27 Jan, Feb 3, 24, then Fortnightly 6-9pm @ St Columba Church Hall, 92 Surrey Cres, Grey Lynn. Saturday Classes @ St Columba Jan 28th, Feb 4th & 25th – then weekly.
Authentic Movement – Contemplative dance. With closed eyes, explore moving from the inside-out, in a safe mindful group movement ritual container. Develop embodied presence, creative/artistic impulses, intuitive art making, for self insight and awareness. A nourishing and restorative practice. Fortnightly at St Columba from March 3rd.
